Joining the Lab

Postdocs and Research Staff:

We are not taking new postdocs or other research staff at this time. However, if our research interests you, watch this space and feel free to get in touch. If a new position opens up it will be posted here and on other sites online.

Graduate Students:

Please apply through the UMass Amherst Neuroscience and Behavior Graduate Program (https://www.umass.edu/neuroscience-behavior). Applications are generally due in early December each year. Feel free to contact us with any questions (such as whether or not we are accepting new students in the coming year).

Undergraduate Students:

Unfortunately, we are not currently taking new undergraduate students in the lab. This message will be changed when we are accepting new applications. Please check this page and PROPEL (see below) for any updates.

UMass Amherst undergraduates should apply though the PROPEL program (https://propel.umass.edu/). Any available positions will be listed there. If nothing is listed there, then we are currently not recruiting new undergraduate research assistants. Undergraduate students from other universities/colleges can contact us to see if positions are available.
